This painting was inspired by fear, paranoia, claustrophobia, sex, and voyeurism. Everything you need for a healthy diet. A man suddenly appeared in my head. There is someone in the bathroom. He is watching them through the wall. A peepshow type scene. He's a dirty man. He lives inside the walls. He's been there so long he has become part of the old house, the old walls. He fondles himself while he watches you through the hole in the bathroom wall. A tiny hole. You don't even notice. He continues to become the home you live in. Surrounding you and seeing everything. Now you live within him. The place you call home.
