Lilith

Ah yes, good old Lilith. A Mesopotamian night demon believed to harm male children. Also believed to be the first wife of Adam (ya know, Adam and Eve? Not Adam Sandler...).
Anyway, I was commissioned to create a Lilith illustration to accompany a poem. The stuff at the bottom of what would be her right foot is actually a very enlarged version of what various tapeworms look like under a microscope.
